General Overview
Beaulieu University is a training platform (the "Beaulieu University Platform" or "Platform") operated by Beaulieu ("Beaulieu" or "we" or "us" or "our"). Beaulieu allows all users ("User" or "you") to follow all trainings available under this Platform.
Eligibility
This Platform is available to all users who are employed at a store selling Beaulieu products within the United States or Canada. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
Registration
To become a User on our Platform, you must register for an account using our online registration form located at BeaulieuUniversity.com ("Registration"). The registration form will ask you for certain personal information, which may include your name, store/employer name, date of birth, email address, and telephone number, as well as a username and password to access your Account (all information provided by you, "User Information"). In order to register to our Platform, you must agree to the Platform terms and conditions outlined in this document and to Beaulieu’s Privacy Policy (collectively, "Terms and Conditions"). Each User may only register for one Account. Beaulieu may, at its sole discretion, refuse to register any applicant for any reason. Once officially registered to our Platform, you will be granted access to our website (the "Site") which will contain all Beaulieu product training modules.

Managing Your Account
Login to your Account to view all the new training modules and all the completed training modules. Contact us at the below email if you believe there is any suspicious Account activity, or if your username and password have been lost or stolen.
Account Cancellation, Inactivity, and Termination
Beaulieu reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate your usage of the Beaulieu University Platform in the event of any suspected misconduct, fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, or violation of these Terms and Conditions and shall have no liability as a result of such suspension or cancellation. You hereby grant Beaulieu and its third-party providers the right to monitor your Account activity and take any necessary legal action based on suspected fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity in connection with your Account activities and you agree to cooperate with such action. You may cancel your Account at any time by emailing the Beaulieu University customer service department via the email provided in the "Contact Us" section below.
Site Content
All information provided by or on behalf of Beaulieu, including, but not limited to, training materials, product specifications, and all content on or generated by this Site (excluding User Information) are the sole and exclusive property of Beaulieu and are protected as Beaulieu’s intellectual property or confidential and proprietary information (collectively, "Beaulieu Property"). Other than as set forth under these Terms and Conditions, use of any Beaulieu Property without prior written consent of Beaulieu is strictly prohibited.
Privacy Policy
User Information will be treated in accordance with Beaulieu’s Privacy Policy, available on Beaulieu’s Privacy Policy page.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
Beaulieu reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, to modify these Terms and Conditions. Any such changes are effective immediately, and the User’s continued registration to the Platform or use of the Site confirms the User’s acceptance of and compliance with the modified Terms and Conditions. Users should review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Beaulieu shall have no liability as a result of such modification of the Platform.
Termination of the Platform
Beaulieu reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Beaulieu University Platform. Effective immediately upon Platform termination, unless otherwise notified in writing by Beaulieu, User’s Account will be terminated, and User will no longer be able to access Beaulieu’s training modules. Beaulieu shall have no liability as a result of such termination of the Platform.
Disclaimers
Beaulieu and its third-party providers make no representations, warranties, or covenants of any kind concerning the Platform. Users join our Platform and use our Site at their own risk. Beaulieu is not responsible for interrupted or unavailable servers, connections, miscommunications, incomplete transmissions, or your computer hardware or software or program malfunctions, internet connection, or for other errors, omissions, interruptions, or deletions of any kind whatsoever related to your usage of our Platform.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances are we, or our vendors, liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages or losses, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or otherwise, even if you have been advised of the possibility of such damages, that may have resulted from your registration to our Platform, access to this Site, use of Beaulieu Property, services or merchandise provided through Beaulieu.
Indemnification
User hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and hold Beaulieu, its employees, officers, directors, third-party providers, and agents harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, costs, claims, or any other injury, whether due to negligence or otherwise, to persons or property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to User’s registration to our Beaulieu University Platform.
Governing Law
This Platform shall at all times and in all respects be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its rules of conflicts or choice of laws. The parties irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Texas in any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Platform.
Dispute Resolution
All questions or disputes regarding the Platform or Terms and Conditions should be directed to Beaulieu at the contact information provided below. In the event we are not able to resolve your concerns to your satisfaction, you or we may elect to resolve the dispute by individual arbitration. By registering to our Platform, you agree that any unresolved actions arising out of or relating in any way to the Platform will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") before a neutral single arbitrator, all pursuant to AAA's Commercial Arbitration Rules. Contact AAA to begin an arbitration or for other arbitration-related information.
The arbitration shall be held in Atlanta, Georgia and the arbitrator's decision shall be controlled by these Terms and Conditions. There shall be no right or authority for any claims at any time to be arbitrated on a class action or representative basis. Arbitration can only be decided on the User's individual claim and the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other individuals with your claim. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.
Each party is responsible for paying its share of any arbitration fees (including filing, administrative, hearing, and other fees).
Assignments
Beaulieu may sell, transfer, or assign the Beaulieu University Platform, these terms and conditions, or your Account, in whole or in part, without notice to you.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites. Beaulieu has no control over such third-party websites and is not responsible for their content. If you click on a link that takes you to a third-party website, you do so at your own risk, subject to the privacy policy and terms and conditions as contained in that website.
